- Media Assets: Couple photographs and background music uploads uploaded directly to our servers.
- Guest RSVPs: Guest names, headcount, RSVP confirmations, and warm blessings submitted by your visitors.
2How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information for purposes including:
- Creating, designing, and hosting your unique invitation URL.
- Logging and compiling guest RSVP entries for your administrative review.
- Processing secure billing and sending purchase receipts.
- Informing you of essential database updates or schedule amendments.
3Secure Processing & Sharing
Your financial safety is critical. All card transactions, UPI handshakes, and wallet processing are handled securely via **Razorpay**. SuPraKu does not store, hold, or read any of your raw financial credentials.
We strictly **do not sell, rent, or lease** your family photographs or guest data lists to third-party advertising brokers or aggregators.
4Guest Data Controls
The guest lists, headcount, and blessings collected through your website's RSVP form are privately compiled and visible exclusively to you (the host) through your private administration dashboard. Guest data is kept confidential and only served to your custom link template.
5Data Deletion
If you wish to remove your wedding photos, cancel your live URL, or delete all compiled guest RSVP entries permanently from our servers after your wedding concludes, you can submit a deletion request at any time to suprakuinvites@gmail.com.
