When you customize an invitation on SuPraKu, you assume complete responsibility for the accuracy and legality of all uploaded information, parent names, timings, venue details, music files, and couple portraits.

SuPraKu serves solely as an automated technical hosting and design compiler platform. We do not inspect user-submitted uploads for copyright issues or factual accuracy.

Upon successful payment, SuPraKu grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable virtual hosting license to run your customized digital wedding website under a private subdomain (e.g. `yourname.supraku.in`) or unique path.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, this digital invitation website will remain active on our servers for a period of **1 year** from the date of publishing, after which it will be archived or deleted.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or compiling content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights, copyrights, or privacy keys of other individuals.
• Contains malicious scripts, viral payloads, phishing structures, or tracking codes.
• Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or politically controversial.

* SuPraKu reserves the absolute right to suspend or delete any live invitation link instantly if these fair use conditions are breached, without eligibility for a refund.

While we maintain redundant servers and target 99.9% uptime, SuPraKu cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions, network delays on the Edge routing framework, server outages during database maintenance, or failures in loading iframes due to browser limitations on your guests' end.

Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the delivery of WhatsApp notifications or auto-link metadata previews if WhatsApp introduces api blocking or structural modifications out of our control.
