Refund & Return Policy

Refund requests may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• The customized service is not delivered within the committed timeframe.
• A duplicate or double payment is successfully processed due to transaction faults.
• Severe technical errors or server defects on SuPraKu's side completely prevent the website invitation from functioning.
• The order has not yet entered the customization, data compilation, or production stage.

Refunds will strictly not be provided for the following situations:

• Change of mind, cancellation of the event, or date shifts after purchase is completed.
• Incorrect spelling, wrong dates, or inaccurate details submitted by the customer in the setup form.
• The customized website has already been generated and delivered to the customer.
• Delays in template creation caused by incomplete, late, or poor-resolution asset uploads from the customer.
• Customer dissatisfaction based solely on personal layout preference or aesthetic choices after template delivery.

Orders may be canceled without penalty before any customization, database configuration, or design rendering work begins. Once our team starts customizing your invitation layout, uploading your content, or mapping databases, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed and initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back automatically to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of purchase.
